Terms & Conditions
- We use Australia Post to deliver most plants in pot size diameter ranging from 9cm - 14cm, except Orchids which are in 14cm, 17cm or 20cm diameter plastic pots. Occasionally we also have shallow 17cm diameter pots or hanging baskets that are able to be delivered via Australia Post. Postage and Handling costs will be calculated at check-out. Please choose from Regular or Express Post. Once posted, we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage to the plants. Please note: As Regular Post can take up to 5 days, we will post plants on Mondays or Tuesdays only. For Express Post, we will post plants on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays only.
- We deliver to Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia & Queensland only. We don't send plants to the Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions.
- Once plants have been delivered, they cannot be returned unless there are quality issues or wrong items sent. The plants must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours. If we agree that the plants have an issue, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange it for store credit, minus Postage & Handling fee. See our Delivery page for more information.
- If you have chosen to pickup and are not happy with plants on pick up, we will offer a refund or store credit only if there are quality issues with the plants. Plants cannot be returned for a refund or store credit once they have left our premises.
- Once indoor baskets have been delivered, they cannot be returned unless there are quality issues or wrong items sent. The baskets must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours. If we agree, you can return your order for one of the following options: A refund (minus Postage & Handling fee); Exchange it for store credit (minus Postage & Handling fee); or have corrected item re-sent at no extra cost to you.If you have chosen to pickup and are not happy with indoor baskets, we will offer refund only if there are quality issues with the baskets or if colour/design is not what was ordered.We have plants and orchids that flower at different times of the year, however there are no guarantees that the flowers will be showing, even if it's normally the time of year they are in flower.Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. We reserve the right to refuse to honour any incorrect prices.
