Terms & Conditions
Plants / Baskets and delivery costs must be pre-paid. We do not accept cash on delivery.
We deliver to Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia & Queensland only. We don't send plants to the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania due to quarantine and delivery restrictions. We can send baskets only to anywhere in Australia.
Plants cannot be returned unless there are quality issues or wrong items sent. The plants must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours. If we agree that the plants have an issue, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange it for store credit, minus delivery fees. We take the utmost care when packing our plants. Once posted, we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage to the plants.
If for some reason you are unhappy or have changed your mind about the indoor basket that you have purchased with us, you may return the item at your cost for a refund within 30 days (30 day return policy is for online orders only), minus Postage & Handling fee. For a refund to be applicable a proof of purchase must be obtained and the basket must still be undamaged, unused and in it's original packaging when we receive it.
These delivery costs do not apply to our Buy in Bulk plants. Buy in Bulk plants are freighted straight from the grower to anywhere in Australia, except Western Australia and Tasmania. Go to the Buy in Bulk page for more information.
We only post plants and baskets within Australia.
