Hessian baskets are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days before pick-up or delivery.
We use Australia Post to deliver. Postage and Handling costs will be calculated at check-out. Please choose from Regular or Express Post. Once posted, we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage.
We deliver to Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia & Queensland only as we don't send plants to the Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. If you are in NT, WA or Tasmania and wish to purchase baskets only, please contact us.
Once baskets have been delivered, they cannot be returned unless there are quality issues or wrong items sent. The baskets must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours. If we agree, you can return your order for one of the following options: A refund (minus Postage & Handling fee); Exchange it for store credit (minus Postage & Handling fee); or have corrected item re-sent at no extra cost to you.
If you have chosen to pickup and are not happy with baskets, we will offer refund only if there are quality issues with the baskets or if colour/design is not what was ordered.

Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. We reserve the right to refuse to honour any incorrect prices.
