Garden Nursery Shopping
As an online nursery, the best way to purchase plants is from our website for ‘Click and Collect’ or delivery. If for some reason you are not happy with the plants upon collection, we will provide a full refund. Plants cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our premises.
If you prefer to view the plants prior to purchasing, please contact us to make an appointment during our open hours, along with a list of plants you wish to view. Eftpos facilities are not available, so if you wish to purchase using PayPal or Credit Card, you can do so from our website direct from your own phone. Cash is also accepted.
To help contain the spread of COVID-19, we are limiting the number of customers to two at a time. Face masks must be worn at all times as it’s not always possible to maintain social distancing of at least 1.5m at our premises. For contact tracing purposes, we are also obliged to ask for the full name and phone number of every one who will be on our premises for 15 mins or more. Delivery, as always, is available with charges automatically calculated at checkout. Our Local Delivery service has not been affected by the restrictions, however, please be aware that the Next Day Delivery Guarantee for Express Post has been temporarily suspended by Australia Post. Buy in Bulk
Our Buy in Bulk service is operating as usual. We will still be able to special order plants direct from the grower for contactless pick up from our Nursery or delivery straight to your door.
To minimise contact, just email or text through current photos of all garden areas that need maintenance, as well as a detailed description of what needs to be done. We will respond with a quote asap during business hours.
Social distancing of 1.5-2m will be observed at all times while we are on your premises. Face masks will also be worn at all times.
Available payment options are cash and Bank Transfer. To minimise cash handling, you can leave the correct money inside your letterbox or other safe place prior to commencement of appointment. If you prefer Bank Transfer, payment must be made at least two days prior to your appointment as it can take up to 48 hours for payment to show in our account.
