Spanish Moss
Tillandsia usneoides
Long entwining strands of silvery green leaves, this epiphytic flowering plant will grow while draped onto large trees in tropical and subtropical climates. Tiny green fragrant flowers bloom in Spring.  Native to Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Also commonly known as Old Man’s Whiskers, these plants have no roots and are related to Bromeliads.

Ongoing Care: Protect from frost. Mist or dunk plant in water every 2-3 days in hot weather. Allow to completely dry out between waterings. Liquid feed.
