Gorgeous upright cactus with thick, soft green fleshy stems with ridges and spikes. Stunning white nocturnal flowers appear on mature 10-year-old plants.  Long lived and slow growing, originally from South America.

Mature Width:  5-10cm

Outdoor Position: Full Sun / Part Shade. Keep sheltered from the hot afternoon sun.
Indoor Position:  Bright sunny spot near a window.

Landscape Uses: Succulent Garden, Low Water Garden, Courtyard, Container / Pot

Preferred Soil Type: Well Drained. We recommend using Superior Potting Mix for Indoor Plants if potted.

Ongoing Care: Drought tolerant. Let soil dry out completely before watering lightly. Reduce water during winter dormancy period. Liquid feed in Spring. Mulch.
