Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All of our products ordered for Click & Collect are exempt from being returned or exchanged once they have left our premises. If for some reason you are not happy with items on pick up, please let us know before you leave and we will replace it with another item of the same value or provide a full refund.

Perishable Products

All of our perishable products shown below are exempt from being returned or exchanged once they have been delivered.*

*The only exception is if wrong items were delivered as per below:

Local Delivery:
Perishable items must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours. If we agree that the item is not what was ordered, we will pick up wrong item and deliver the correct item at no cost to you. If items are no longer available, we will offer a full refund.

Australia Post:
Perishable items must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours. If we agree that the item is not what was ordered, we will post the correct item at no cost to you. If item is no longer available, we will offer a full refund.

Non-Perishable Products

Our refund and returns policy on non-perishable items shown below lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • Plastic Grow Pots
  • Clip Rings
  • Propagation Balls
  • Coir Totem Poles
  • Hanging Baskets (purchased without plants)
  • Plant Labels

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

To complete your return, please contact us at [email protected] with your receipt or proof of purchase. We will send further instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back to us without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after collection or delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Our website uses PayPal as its payment gateway, with refunds processed usually within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace non-perishable items if they are defective or damaged. We will only replace perishable items if the wrong item was delivered.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us to receive instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
