How long will it take for my plants to arrive?
This depends on how the plants are being delivered and when the order was placed.
Delivery via Australia Post
Plants are posted on Mondays, Tuesday or Wednesday only. We aim to pack and post within 24 hours of receiving orders placed on Sunday through to Tuesdays. If you’ve ordered on Wednesday through to Saturday, your plant will be posted the following Monday.
We will always post plants via Express Post with a Next Day Delivery Guarantee. However, not all areas have the Next Day Delivery Guarantee. Please check the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times.
*Please be aware that the Next Day Delivery Guarantee for Express Post has been temporarily suspended by Australia Post due to delays caused by Covid 19 restrictions. For more information, please check their website.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery is available 7 days a week, including public holidays (except Christmas Day). In some cases, we can even arrange for same day delivery if order placed by 1pm. Items must be delivered within 7 days of ordering. An email will be sent with our available delivery times. It is preferred that someone is available to receive the plants, but plants can be left in a safe place as directed at your own risk.
Buy In Bulk
Plants ordered via our Buy in Bulk service come direct from grower, so delivery can take anywhere from 1-10 business days. We will confirm delivery date as soon as we receive word from the growers that your order is ready for delivery.
How much is delivery?
This depends on how the plants are being delivered and where you are located.
Delivery via Australia Post
Postage & Handing starts at $15.95. Postage costs depend on weight, so the cost will ultimately depend on the size and quantity of the plants being posted. This will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery is a flat rate charge depending on which zone your suburb falls into. However, local delivery is free for orders of $150 or more. Please check out the Delivery page to find out if you are in our Delivery Zone, as well as the flat rate delivery charge.
Buy In Bulk
This depends on your location, as well as quantity of plants being delivered. These plants will be delivered using specialist plant transportation companies organised by the grower, so cost depends on what they charge to deliver to your area.
When can I pick up my Click and Collect order?
You can pick up your items any time during our opening hours, as long as it’s within 7 days of placing order. Just make sure you give us a day/time and we’ll have your order ready for contactless pick up.
If order is placed by 3pm Monday – Friday or 2pm Weekends/Public Holidays, you can collect your order on the same day.
Will I receive the exact plant shown in the photo on your website?
Photos of plants shown on our website are a good representation of the actual plant for sale. Sometimes the actual plant for sale is shown, however, as we have hundreds of plants for sale, this is not always possible. Plants are living things, so the appearance of the plant on our website may differ slightly to the you purchase. Every plant is unique and their growth is seasonal.
Why isn’t the plant I purchased flowering, even though the photo on your website shows flowers?
Plants that flower bloom at different times of the year, however there are no guarantees that the flowers will be showing, even if it’s normally the time of year they are in flower. Plants are living things, so the appearance of the plant on our website may differ slightly to the one purchased.
I live in Melbourne / Victoria and am trying to purchase plants for delivery, but I get the below error message.

This error message means that you have at least one plant in your cart that can only be delivered to postcodes in our Local Delivery Zone, which include: 3011, 3012, 3013, 3014, 3015, 3016, 3019, 3020, 3021, 3022, 3025, 3031, 3032, 3033, 3034, 3039, 3040.
Before adding a plant to your cart, please check if it says ‘Available for pickup or delivery within some Melbourne suburbs only.’ or ‘Available for pickup or delivery to Local Delivery Zone only. Please check our Delivery page for more information.’ If it does, then we can only deliver this plant within our Local Delivery Zones.
You can still pick up from our Nursery in Braybrook VIC 3019. Or, we can deliver your order using a Courier. Please contact us with your plant list and address for a quote!

Please check our Delivery page for more information.’ If it does, then we can only deliver this plant within our Local Delivery Zones.
I’ve placed an online order, but haven’t received a confirmation email. Have you received it?
A confirmation email is automatically sent to you as soon as an order is placed. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk mail folder. If you still can’t see it, please check your email address was typed in correctly. If you still don’t receive it, please contact us and we’ll check for you.
Can I visit your Nursery and choose plants myself?
As an online nursery, the best way to purchase plants is from our website for ‘Click and Collect’ or delivery. If for some reason you are not happy with the plants upon collection, we will provide a full refund. Plants cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our premises.
If you prefer to view the plants prior to purchasing, please contact us to make an appointment during our open hours, along with a list of plants you wish to view. Eftpos facilities are not available, but you can just purchase from our website using PayPal or Credit Card direct from your own phone. We also accept cash.
I want to purchase plants from your Buy in Bulk service. Can I see the plants before purchasing?
The plants in our Buy in Bulk range are special ordered direct from growers and suppliers. In other words, we don’t have these plants in stock at our Nursery for viewing prior to purchase. However, for your peace of mind, the plants are always sourced from reputable growers.
The plant I want has sold out. When will you have it back in stock?
Plants are stocked when they become available, so that will be at different times for each plant. Please contact us with the names of the plants you are after and we’ll do our best to let you know when they’ll become available.
Do you have a plant waiting list?
We don’t have a waiting list but, you can have our new stock update notifications emailed to you by subscribing to our website. We also post new plant stock updates on our Facebook page. To receive these updates, just like us on Facebook.
What‘s your address?
We are located in Braybrook VIC 3019, 10kms west of the Melbourne CBD. As a home business, we are open for Click and Collect only with address provided once an order has been made. If for some reason you are not happy with the plants upon collection, we will provide a full refund. Items cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our premises.

Do you provide plants at wholesale prices?
Yes, we offer wholesale prices on many of the plants we currently stock. To register, please provide your ABN and a website/business card etc showing that your business is related to the horticultural/landscaping industry. For more information, please contact Anna.
