How long will it take for my plants to arrive?
This depends on how the plants are being delivered and when the order was placed.
Postage & Handling (VIC NSW ACT QLD SA)
Plants are posted on Mondays or Tuesdays only via Express Post, the fastest postal service currently available. Check Australia Post’s website for estimated delivery times to your area. (NB. Parcels are sent from postcode 3019).
Postage & Handling (Melbourne Metro)
Plants are sent Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays only using Australia Post’s Express Post service or Couriers Please. Estimated delivery time is one business day.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery is available 7 days a week, including public holidays (except Christmas Day). Same day delivery is available if ordered by cut-off time. Our Delivery page shows the cut-off times for each suburb / location. All other orders will be delivered the next day. Items must be delivered within 7 days of ordering. An email will be sent with the delivery day and approximate time. It is preferred that someone is available to receive the plants, but plants can be left in a safe place as directed by the buyer, at their own risk.
Buy In Bulk / Espalier Plants
Plants ordered via our Buy in Bulk and Espalier Plants services come direct from the supplier / grower, with delivery taking anywhere from 1-10 business days. We will confirm delivery date as soon as we receive word that your order is ready for delivery.
How much is delivery?
This depends on how the plants are being delivered and where you are located.
Postage & Handling (VIC NSW ACT QLD SA)
Postage & Handing starts at $16.10. Postage costs depend on weight, so the cost will ultimately depend on the size and quantity of the Items being posted. This will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Postage & Handling (Melbourne Metro)
Parcels sent to certain Melbourne suburbs for a flat rate fee of $16.99.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery is a flat rate charge depending on which zone your suburb falls into. We also offer free local delivery. Minimum spend applies, with the amount depending on your location. Please check out the Delivery page to find out if you are in our Delivery Zone, as well as the flat rate delivery charge.
Buy In Bulk / Espalier Plants
This depends on your location, as well as quantity of plants being delivered. These plants will be delivered using specialist plant transportation companies organised by the supplier / grower, so cost depends on what they charge to deliver to your area.
Can I pay with direct deposit instead of purchasing plants or items direct from your website?
We have many payment options when purchasing direct from our website including a variety of Credit Cards & Debit Cards, PayPal (including Pay in 4), ApplePay and GooglePay.
However, if you wish to pay using direct deposit, we can send an invoice via email with PayID instructions. Payment is required on receipt of invoice as we do not hold plants or any other items. Payment made via PayID should be received instantly, however on occasion, payment may be held for up to 24 hours as a security measure.
Our website is a live environment, which means that all in-stock plants and other items can be purchased at any time, day or night. We cannot guarantee that the products will be available, even once payment is received. If this occurs, we will provide a refund.
If you still wish to go ahead with PayID, just send us a message that includes the below information:
- Full name (first name and surname)
- Billing Address (and Shipping Address if delivery required and it’s different to billing address)
- Email address and phone number
- Your shopping list (make sure to include sizes and quanties of each item)
Will I receive the exact plant shown in the photo on your website?
Photos of plants shown on our website are a good representation of the actual plant for sale. Sometimes the actual plant for sale is shown, however, as we have hundreds of plants for sale, this is not always possible. Plants are living things, so the appearance of the plant on our website may differ slightly to the one you purchase. Every plant is unique, and their growth is seasonal.
Why isn’t the plant I purchased flowering, even though the photo on your website shows flowers?
Plants that flower bloom at different times of the year, however there is no guarantee that the plant you receive will be flowering, even if it’s normally the time of year they are in flower. Plants are living things, so the appearance of the plant on our website may differ slightly to the one purchased.
I live in Melbourne / Victoria and want to purchase items for delivery, but I get an error message saying:
It looks like you have at least one items in your cart that cannot be delivered to your area at the moment. Please choose the Click & Collect option for pick up from our Nursery in Braybrook VIC 3019 or contact us for a delivery quote. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
This error message means that you have at least one item in your cart that can only be delivered to postcodes within our Local Delivery Zones as it is too large and/or heavy to safely pack in a box for postage. Generally, plants that are in 17cm pot sizes or larger cannot be posted.

I live interstate and want to purchase items for delivery, but I get an error message saying:
It looks like you have at least one items in your cart that cannot be posted to your state. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
This error message means that you have at least one item in your cart that can only be delivered within our Local Delivery Zones in Melbourne as it is too large and/or heavy to safely pack in a box for postage. Generally, plants that are in 17cm pot sizes or larger cannot be posted.

Can you post plants in their pot or hanging basket?
Plants are always packed bare rooted for delivery via Postage & Handling (Melbourne Metro) and Postage & Handling (VIC NSW ACT QLD SA).
We offer a large range of plant sizes for postage – from 7cm tube stock to plants in 14cm hanging baskets, so it is much safer and more cost effective to bare root the plants. Not only is it very difficult to safely pack larger plants in their own pot, but Australia Post and Couriers Please charge by weight and box size (volume). The soil and pot/hanging basket not only adds a lot of extra weight, but it would also require a larger box, which in turn means higher Postage & Handling costs.
Occasionally, we may post tube stock plants in their own pot, but this depends on the quantity being posted.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email after placing an order?
A confirmation email to let you know we have received your order is automatically sent as soon as an order is placed. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk mail folder. If you still can’t see it, please contact us with the email address used when placing your order, your full name and billing/delivery address. We will get back to you as soon as possible during our open times.
Can I visit your Nursery, choose plants myself and pay in cash?
As an online nursery, the only way to purchase plants is from our website for Click & Collect or Delivery.
Photos provided of our plants are a good representation of the plant you will be receiving. All our plants are cared for by a qualified Horticulturist and if they are not looking at their best, we will not have them for sale.
For your peace of mind, if for some reason you are not happy with the plants upon collection, we will provide a full refund. Plants cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our premises.
However, if you still wish to pay with cash on collection, just send us a message that includes the below information:
- Full name (first name and surname)
- Email address and phone number
- Your shopping list (maximum quantity of six (6) items only)
- Day and time you want to collect as we are open by appointment only. Please make sure you bring the correct money as we may not have change available on the day.
Our website is a live environment, which means that all in-stock plants and other items can be purchased at any time, day or night. We cannot guarantee that the products you want to purchase will be available on the day of your appointment.
Can I see the plants from your Buy in Bulk or Espalier Plants ordering services prior to purchasing?
The plants in our Buy in Bulk range are special ordered direct from growers and suppliers. In other words, we don’t have these plants in stock at our Nursery for viewing prior to purchase. However, for your peace of mind, the plants are always sourced from reputable growers.
The plant I want has sold out. When will you have it back in stock?
Plants are stocked when they become available, so that will be at different times for each plant.
Just add your email address and click on the ADD TO WAITING LIST button on the product page as shown and we’ll let you know as soon as it becomes available.
Do you sell seeds or cuttings?
We occasionally sell cuttings of some (not all) plants. If available, they will be listed on our website. Currently, we don’t have seeds for sale.
Do you have a plant waiting list?
Yes, we do! Just add your email address and click on the ADD TO WAITING LIST button on the product page as shown and we’ll let you know as soon as it becomes available.
You can also subscribe to receive our new stock update notifications email. We also post new plant stock updates on our Facebook page. To receive these updates, just like us on Facebook.
What’s your address?
We are located in Braybrook VIC 3019, 10kms west of the Melbourne CBD and 5 minutes’ drive away from Central West Shopping Centre. As an online business, we are open for Click & Collect only with address provided once an order is ready for collection.
If using public transport, the closest train station is Tottenham. We are also serviced by the below bus routes:
220 Sunshine Station – City via Footscray Rd
216 Sunshine Station – City via Dynon Rd
If for some reason you are not happy with the plants upon collection, we will provide a full refund. Items cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our premises.
Do you sell plants at wholesale prices?
Yes, we offer a trade discount! Register here to become a trade customer. You must provide your ABN and a website/business card etc showing that your business is related to the horticultural/landscaping industry.
Do you deliver to Tasmania, Western Australia or Northern Territory?
Unfortunately, we don’t post plants directly to Tasmania, WA or NT due to strict quarantine restrictions. Instead, we can use a plant concierge service who will chemically treat our plants before shipping to you. Please click here for more information.
Do you deliver plants overseas?
No, we only deliver/post plants within Australia.
