How it works

Add your chosen products to the shopping cart and select Click & Collect as your shipping method at Checkout.

Pay for your items using a variety of safe and secure online payment options.

An order confirmation email is then sent directly to your inbox. This is just to acknowledge that we have received your order.

Then just sit back and relax while we hand pick the best available plants and/or other quality products just for you!

Once your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive another email with our address, open times and other pick-up information.

We are open by appointment only so simply reply to the email with the day and time you want to collect your order, and we will have it ready for pick up.
In most cases, we can have your items ready for pick-up within an hour of receiving your order. However, to guarantee same day collection, please place your order at least two hours prior to our closing time.
For your peace of mind, if for some reason you are not happy with the plants upon collection, we will provide a full refund. Plants cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our premises. Check our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy for more information.

Click & Collect Terms & Conditions
Once the order is ready for collection, youāll receive an email with our address and open times. We are open by appointment only. Please reply to the email with the day and time you want to collect your order, so we can have it ready for contactless pick up.
We offer same day Click & Collect for all orders purchased at least two hours prior to our closing time. In most cases, we can have your plants ready for contactless pick-up within 30 minutes of receiving your order. If you want Same Day Click & Collect and have ordered after the cut-off time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to get your order ready before we close!
All Click & Collect plant purchases must be collected within 7 days of placing order by appointment only. If we donāt hear from you within the 7 days, we will provide a refund, less administration fee of 4% of total amount. An additional 30c fixed fee applies if total amount is less than $22. Itās preferred, but not necessary, that all other items be collected within 7 days of placing order. If you cannot collect your order within 7 days, holding fees will apply on all plants held beyond 14 days and will be charged based on a set fee of 1.5% of stock value per day.
If order isnāt collected as per appointment day/time, contact us asap to make another appointment. We will provide a refund, less administration fee of 4% of total amount if we donāt hear from you within 2 days of the missed appointment. If total amount is less than $22, an additional 30c fixed fee is included.
If you advise that you no longer require your order due to change of mind etc. prior to collection, we will provide a refund, less administration fee of 4% of total amount. An additional 30c fixed fee applies if total amount is less than $22.
