Gifts (Corporate/Party Favours) Terms & Conditions
Quotes are valid for 24 hours only as prices and availability can change on a daily basis. If you need more time to decide, not a problem. We’ll just need to confirm the items are still available at the price originally quoted.
All Corporate Gifts & Party Favours remain the property of A&J Garden Nursery until paid for in full. A 30% deposit is required at time of order. The balance is payable prior to pick up or delivery. We accept PayID, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
NB: Payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay incur a 2.8% surcharge.
Holding Fees are applicable on all Corporate Gifts & Party Favours held beyond 7 days and will be charged based on a set fee of 2.5% of stock value per day.
If the order is cancelled any time prior to collection or delivery, the initial deposit monies paid will be forfeited by the purchaser as this will be required by A&J Garden Nursery to cover associated costs and overheads.
Please choose carefully as Corporate Gifts & Party Favours cannot be refunded once collected or delivered.
Corporate Gifts & Party Favours are available for Click & Collect or Local Delivery only. Check our Delivery page for our flat rate Local Delivery prices. If your postcode isn’t included in our Local Delivery Zone, we may still be able to deliver using a Door-to-Door Courier. Please contact us with your address for a quote.
Party Favours have a minimum order quantity of 10, with prices depending on quantity. We recommend placing orders at least 3 months prior to your function.

Our gift vouchers are emailed directly to the recipient and are redeemable for all products on our online shop.
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
You agree to these terms when you purchase, activate, redeem, enquire or attempt to use a gift voucher. We may amend these terms at any time without notice.
The person who receives the gift voucher can exchange it for items from our online shop only to the value of the amount on the card. Items available from our Buy In Bulk, Espalier Plants, Corporate Gifts & Party Favours and Garden Design services are not included. Gift vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date and available in electronic form only sent via email. It is the purchaser’s responsibility that the receiver’s email address is correct.
Where you purchase these gift vouchers as a personal or business gift, or for other business uses approved by the issuer, you must ensure that the end gift voucher holder is made aware of these terms, including the expiry date of 3 years.
Gift voucher holders are responsible for the use and safety of their gift voucher at all times. A gift voucher must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen. Any balance remaining on a gift voucher after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the gift voucher holder.
If the purchase price exceeds the balance of the gift voucher, the gift voucher holder must pay the difference using another payment method. No change will be given and any balance on the gift voucher may only be used in whole or in part against future purchases.
A gift voucher cannot be reloaded, used for cash advances or redeemed for cash. It also cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for a different brand, denomination or type of gift voucher.
