Click and Collect
For same day pick up, Click and Collect orders must be placed by 3pm Monday – Friday or 2pm Weekends/Public Holidays.
All Click and Collect purchases must be collected within 7 days of placing order. If you can’t collect within 7 days of order, we can arrange for postage or delivery (if possible) at buyer’s cost or your order will be refunded, less admin fee of 2% of total amount.
If you have purchased items for Click and Collect and have advised that you no longer require the item due to change of mind etc. prior to collection, we will provide a refund, less admin fee of 2% of total amount.
If for some reason are not happy with plants, indoor pots or baskets on pick up, we will offer a full refund. Items cannot be returned for a refund once they have left our premises.
Plants of all sizes can be delivered to surrounding Melbourne suburbs with the delivery fee automatically calculated at checkout. Surrounding suburbs in our Delivery Zone include the postcodes: 3011, 3012, 3013, 3014, 3015, 3016, 3019, 3020, 3022, 3025, 3031, 3032, 3033, 3034, 3039, 3040.
Plant and delivery costs must be pre-paid. We do not accept payment on delivery.
Delivery is free on orders of $150 or more. Orders can include plants, indoor pots and baskets available from our online store only. Free delivery offer is for Local Delivery only and does not include plants delivered via Australia Post or plants purchased via our Buy In Bulk service.
Local Delivery is available 7 days a week, including public holidays (except on Christmas Day). In some cases, we can arrange for same day delivery if order placed by 1pm. Orders must be delivered within 7 days of order being placed. An email will be sent with our available delivery times. It is preferred that someone is available to receive the plants, but plants can be left in a safe place as directed by the buyer, at their own risk.
If you are not in our Delivery Zone, we can still deliver small plants that fit easily inside a box via Australia Post ‘Express Post’. We can also arrange for larger plants to be delivered via reputable couriers. Please contact us with your plant list and address for a quote. Once plants are with the courier, we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage to the plants.
We cannot deliver plants to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect via our Local Delivery service.
Plants cannot be returned unless wrong plants were delivered. The plants must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours. If we agree that the plants are not what was ordered, we will pick up incorrect plant and deliver the correct plant at no cost to you. If actual plant is no longer available, we will offer a full refund.
If for some reason you are unhappy or have changed your mind about the indoor pot or basket that you have purchased from us, you may return the item at your cost for a refund within 30 days (30 day return policy is for online orders only), minus Delivery fee. For a refund to be applicable a proof of purchase must be obtained and the pot or basket must be undamaged, unused and in it’s original packaging when we receive it.
Delivery via Australia Post
We use Australia Post ‘Express Post’ to deliver small plants that fit easily inside a box. Plants are packed bare-rooted. Postage and Handling costs are calculated at check-out. Plant and delivery costs must be pre-paid. We do not accept payment on delivery. Please check Australia Post website for estimated delivery times. Plants will be sent from Braybrook 3019. We take the utmost care when packing our plants. Once posted, we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage to the plants.
We deliver to Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia & Queensland only. We don’t post plants to the Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions.
Items sent via Australia Post ‘Express Post’ will be posted on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. We will endeavour to post orders placed by 12pm on Mondays to Wednesdays on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Wednesday will be posted the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday).
Once plants have been delivered, they cannot be returned unless wrong plants were sent. The plants must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours. If we agree that the plants are not what was ordered, we will send the correct plant at no cost to you. If actual plant is no longer available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
We also deliver smaller indoor pots and baskets, using Australia Post ‘Express Post’ with a Postage & Handling fee automatically calculated at checkout. We do not accept payment on delivery. Please check Australia Post website for estimated delivery times. Items will be sent from Braybrook 3019. We take the utmost care when packing. Once posted, we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage. If you are in NT, WA or Tasmania and wish to purchase indoor baskets and pots only, please contact us.

Plants that flower bloom at different times of the year, however there are no guarantees that the flowers will be showing, even if it’s normally the time of year they are in flower.
Edible plants that fruit do so at different times of the year, however there are no guarantees that the plant will have fruit, even if it is that time of year.
Photos of plants shown on our website are a good representation of the actual plant for sale. Sometimes the actual plant for sale is shown, however, as we have hundreds of plants for sale, this is not always possible. Plants are living things, so the appearance of the plant on our website may differ slightly to the one delivered. Every plant is unique and their growth is seasonal.
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. We reserve the right to refuse to honour any incorrect prices.
Buy in Bulk T&Cs
We special order these plants direct from the grower or supplier. Minimum order is 5 plants of any variety, except for Espalier plants where there is no minimum order.
Quotes are valid for 24 hours only as prices can change on a daily basis. However, these prices will not be confirmed until order is placed. Occasionally, plants will be sold out by the time an order is placed, or prices have been changed by grower. We will confirm with you if the prices have increased before continuing with order. If you need more time to decide, not a problem. We’ll just need to confirm the plants are still available at the price originally quoted.
All plants are sold by pot size, not height as heights can vary. We cannot guarantee that the plants you receive will be of a specific height. The only exception are some Standards, which are sold by pot size and height.
Please choose carefully as these plants are special ordered and cannot be refunded. The plants are always sourced from reputable growers.
Full payment is required at time of ordering. We accept Bank Funds Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal. Please note: PayPal and Credit Card payments incur a 2.8% surcharge. Bank Funds Transfer does not incur a surcharge, however, it can take up to 48 hours for payment to show in our account. We will order plants once payment has been received.
Pick up from our Nursery is possible only for smaller plants and/or quantities. We will hold the plants for 3 days only. After 3 days, holding charges may apply.
If you are unable to pick up the plants from our Nursery, or for larger plants and/or quantities, we will arrange delivery straight from our supplier to most locations in Australia, except Northern Territory,Western Australia and Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. We will include the delivery charges in our quote once your address is known.
Please note that some plants are seasonal and may not be available all year round.
