A stunning terrestrial orchid with light green strappy leaves and purple flowers blooming in Spring. Also known as Urn Orchid and Hyacinth Orchid. Native to Japan, Korea, Myanmar and China.

Position: Full Sun / Part Shade

Preferred Soil Type: Loam, Well Drained. We recommend using Premium Orchid Potting Mix if potted.

Landscape Uses: Borders, Mass Planting, Rockery, Container / Pot, Cut Flowers

Ongoing Care: Keep moist during dry periods. Watch for snails and slugs. Liquid feed. Mulch. Slow-release fertiliser every third watering in Spring and Summer. Do not fertilise in Winter. We recommend Campbells Rustica Plus Fertiliser or specialised orchid plant food.
