Rattan Baskets
Made of sturdy rattan, these beautiful baskets are perfect for your extra-large indoor plants. Can also be used for storing all sorts of things like blankets, kid’s toys etc.
How to Use:
These lovely rattan baskets are designed to hold plants in their own plastic grow pots. To keep your rattan basket dry and clean, remove the plant from the basket when watering. Allow the plant to completely drain before putting it back into your basket. For extra protection, the rattan baskets are wide enough to accommodate a saucer under the grow pot to prevent any leakages from the drainage holes.
Care Instructions for Grimy Stains:
- Empty the basket and wipe down with a dry microfibre cloth.
- Mix a couple of drops of dishwashing liquid in warm water.
- Wipe basket with a lightly damped clean microfibre cloth. Make sure not to oversaturate the cloth as too much water can damage the basket.
- Dry by wiping down with a fresh microfibre cloth or leave it to air dry.
Care Instructions for Mould:
- Empty the basket and wipe away loose mould.
- Prepare a solution of either 1 part water / 1 part bleach or 3 parts water / 1 part vinegar.
- Wearing rubber gloves, use a soft-bristle brush, sponge, toothbrush or microfibre cloth to scrub away the mould.
- Rinse off solution with a wet cloth.
- Let the basket air dry.
