Lush blue-grey evergreen soft foliage with serrated edges grows from tall thick stems. Lovely long red honey-scented flower spikes rich in nectar bloom over Spring and Summer. A tough and hardy low maintenance shrub native to South Africa.

Position: Full Sun / Part Shade

Landscape Uses: Fragrant Garden, Courtyard, Feature Plant, Screening, Hedging, Tropical Garden, Container / Pot, Attracting Birds

Preferred Soil Type: Any, Well Drained. We recommend using Grow Better Premium Potting Mix if potted.

Ongoing Care: Though drought tolerant, keep moist during very dry periods. Liquid feed. Mulch. Slow-release fertiliser annually or as needed. We recommend Campbells Rustica Plus Fertiliser.
